i woke up early today - a freking 9:30AM.

friends' IM were bombing...."Haven't sleep ah!"
thank you nocturnal reputation.

spent the whole afternoon googling on universities,

zhnging my resume, sending in applications.

lamented about life in general and

a thorough analysis of what future lies ahead.

i wish i had the drive to pursue what interests me

without holding back, self-doubting

or constantly worrying about a yet to be outcome.

(i'm not referring to singing though.

obviously singing is a dream realized by others, hardly oneself.)

oh yesss office politics - seriously

wherever there's women there'll never be peace.

at my earlier workplace

i too experienced fake fronts and diplomatic smiles,

but lucky for me i had Jo and Stella to trust.

imagine the discomfort of working in an environment

with 10 other competitive and scornful gossipmongers,

worst still - no one to get your back.

it could happen. and it would suck.

Dear BHF I know you had Monday blues.
the workload sounds really overwhelming,
peak hour China driver was snail creep,
not to mention China man on my train was fucking Gore.
but I'm glad we saw each other for yummy dinner!
I hope I brought you a lil happiness
(as JT suggested) to kill off your horrid day.

i'm home from Genting Highlands! (quite long ago haha)

a blissful getaway plus it was very cold,

the rain made the whole place dam chilly.

Peng has also enlisted on October 8 2009

and is currently at Tekong asleep in his bunk-bed!

so tempted to blog about it all

but i should appease my friends with

2 episodes and its my kind of thing

amusements;
like watching a plot unfolding itself,
surfing Mcdonalds site at 1A.M. to fill a hungry stomach
after much indecision (money & diet!),
all while editing my resume to impress Pops....
its a funny mix of distraction.

Peng's 20th Celebration

lol this is damm backdated
but finally visuals are up!
the night was as usual, birthday boy drunk;
lots of pool, booze, 5/10 and singing.

麻辣 soup was impossibly 辣 it disabled our tongues for awhile.

on my way to meet them from Plaza Sing,
lugging the enormous 1kg-more like-10kg Secret Recipe cake,
(imagine it almost touching the floor)
i was lucky enough to bump into Wy at the station.

not elaborating since a chunk of pictures should talk.
lovely company i had tht evening,
like girlfriend Ro Rowell.

i feel tremendously old just
