This morning, I woke up with the worst case of allergen ever. Once in a while my sensitive skin gets rashes or red patches but they usually go away within an hour. I had them again yesterday and didn't think much about it. This morning though, I almost cried. Pictures are too grotesque to post. The physical appearance isn't a concern since I know it disappears eventually. The itch is however another thing. It was distracting and mind boggling. I'm sorry to those whom I sent photos to lol and thank you for not telling me straight out it looks fucking bad. Sorry to make you guys worry! I am now prescribed with three power pills and Dr Yap said I should monitor closely. It's unusual that 'hives' last longer than 24 hours. Officially homebound. I need to fight a good battle so I can return to work as soon as possible!
Times like these my mother simply makes it worse. Even as I am in pain and frustration she carries on her daily business of picking a fight. She doesn't give a damn that I'm desperately exercising mental restraint not to touch my skin, that I've no time for her nonsense or crappy comments about a drop of water or a strand of hair on the floor.
Thank you for making a horrible day bearable.
Not everyone can understand how traumatizing skin allergies can be. I go through shit even with a cleaner diet than most people. But I'm thankful because it makes me disciplined (ask anyone how impossible it is to not meddle with itchy skin)! Hahahah I have successfully mastered the art of "It's all in the mind". OK keeping fingers crossed. mXm

After an appointment at Bukit Timah I took a bus to Thomson. I alighted to buy my 11-freaking-PM dinner. I stopped by a minimart to get me some Capri Sonne

LAPTOP WASN'T THERE. OMG IT WASN'T ANYWHERE.
I swear my heart fell to the floor. I was panicking and trying to retrace my steps. I threw on a hoodie and RAN AT ROAD RUNNER'S SPEED to the main road. Lucky for me the taxi uncle had a strong sense of urgency. He probably noticed my white face because he drove at CRAZY TAXI'S SPEED too. I couldn't remember where 小红 was last seen. I was betting on whatever came to mind. If the restaurant and minimart were closed already, I think I may have gone back to Bukit Timah. At 1:00AM. Hahaha. As you can already guess with 'Hahaha', my laptop was found at the minimart. I don't mean to sound bonkers BUT

I'm not even kidding. For now there are several other things I'd want to save up for. If I lose her, I lose every opportunity to make money! I wouldn't be able to still work efficiently. Thank God.
