GE Life.
I have been with GEL since July. The learning curve here for me is especially steep. It's not something I love - not music nor writing nor creative marketing. Simply put, I really am no good at it. A couple of times (up till late October) I thought about leaving. The subject matter I faced every day and that much needed extroversion required in this job didn't seem to fit with my capabilities or my personality. But I am picking up slowly (steadily too, I hope) now. As someone who can only excel in something when I am truly interested in it, I guess this interest is developing. To come thus far - in terms of no longer being unsure of my path - I have a lot of people to thank. I want to do this. And I want to do this with them.

We won 2nd! The very first win for our lucky table number six. But there were many more wins to come. Out of twenty five prizes... our table of eight swept up FOUR of the lucky draw prizes!! I was called for 12th, Jay for 9th, Uncle Bond himself for 3rd and Edwina won 1st prize oh my god. Everyone was staring at our table with green colored eyes heehee. See see.

"This is a long marathon race, not a 100m dash."
Yesterday, I found a nicely wrapped early Xmas present in my locker.
From my mama-san Jessie!
I would not have persisted if it wasn't for their patience and guidance. More importantly they gave me the space I needed to organize my life before getting back on track. They were fully understanding and it has come to a point where I want to do well in order not to disappoint these good people. :)
A GREAT Evening. And it's the season to be jolly isn't it!
