Ten cases to submit. Ten thousand things to write about. But waking at 9AM to climb up and down ten million staircases, traveling all over the island today, I shall take a breather here.
Despite the physical fatigue I'm glad I made it to the airport, spent quality time with Punkie before she flew to find her love! Anyway I suspect she may be a birdy-in-disguise because she flies around like FREEE.
Have a WALALALA time with Sue!! (;
Thereafter I had half a mind to run home to sleep. Instead I found myself on the torturous bus ride to Yishun. Been quite a while since we tried to coordinate busy, clashing schedules. The little girl finally fulfilled her Starbucks 1 for 1 dream! A short catchup but as usual we made the most of our time together. It's always nice to hear her talk about everything under the sun. I hope she comes across a good opportunity in that direction of interest soon!
So later I logged into my rotting Instagram. I saw this.
It kinda brought tears to my eyes. Over the past months I have experienced a state of loss amongst a circle of friends. 26 years of building relationships with people, I've never lost more than I did with this group. And though she's one friend I hold close, a part of me was always prepared to lose her too. I left a possibility for nothingness like I did for every one of them. But Dapuni consistently warms this friendship in the most cutesy ways. The least I can do is promise to contribute to our priceless moments. Without doubt. Thank you baby.

Oh yes yes....
Cash incentives from Aunty Kim herself!
I'm really grateful to Jessie and Derrick for riding it out with us 'rookies'. The damn hot sun, rainy nights and giving us a lift everywhere whenever possible (which makes knocking less dreadful). It is too tough a business here to be alone. The new bonds formed. Our shared goals. We are all going to make it! Derrick says: Do or Die. Hahaha.
