Anyway had an interesting conversation yesterday.
About a particular girl in our circle. Competitive jealous scheming (?).
I usually observe, and prefer making my own conclusions in time.
I give people the benefit of the doubt till I really get to know them for myself.
Though yes there are many such characters around us.
Thankfully I'm selective enough that none of my close friends fall into the category.
Attention is after all something given, not sought.
And if it isn't given... what's so bad about being understated?
I'd rather be genuine and subtle, than loud/"sway-to-the-beat-kinda person" but popular.
But oh well. To each his/her own! Sometimes I wonder if I am too lack of ambition.
